Should be "At exactly" not "Exactly at" and without comma. Reported.

I drank my first beer at four precisely. Or it has to be "precisely at four"?

By the way, what does this sentence have to do with science?)

As to my experience in Czechia everything has something to do with beer. And I am to admit that I love it!

'I drank my first beer at four precisely (or: exactly)' is perfectly OK to my BrE ear. 'precisely/exactly at four' is possibly less usual but also fine.

Je možné použít "Right at four o'clock...."?

My 'I drank my first beer at four o'clock exactly' should not have been rejected. If anything, it is the most likely version in BrE....
