Very modern social comment! “... will be done next week” would be a marginally better translation.
Or even "is being done."
Or "is to be done..."
So many ways to say this in english ... but is done next week is not one of them
Even just "Her husband's surgery is next week" works in English.
Really? Not her husband's.
It might be describing an event in the United States or one of the other countries where he can legally have a husband.
Of course, "her" should at least be allowed.
Her husband's surgery is next week should be accepted here?
