"I utilize my tools" works but utilize is less natural for this sentence than use. Basically, utilize = "to make use of". If you had to convey a more sophisticated concept, then utilize (US)/utilise (UK) would be fine:

I plan to utilize all tools at my disposal to figure out the French language.
