I've just finished the Hindi skill tree.

I just finished the Hindi skill tree and I feel great. I can't go to Delhi and start speaking, of course, but this is a basis. Compared to my earlier relation with the language this is way advanced. I'll keep working on it at a slower rate. Since I learn it for pleasure, I am not in a hurry.

Congratulations! I have started learning the alphabet a few times before, but the duolingo approach seems to be helping me learn sounds and consonants a bit better.

Congrats! I don't know what your native language is (although assuming English from the well-written post), but as an English speaker this was a tough one for me ... and I live in India, see written Hindi daily, and hear Hindi spoken all the time. Kudos for finishing this.

Happy learning!

I am Greek. Greek is my mother tongue. I feel a motivation for Hindi. I'm not sure of the reason for this. The writing system is beautiful, however, I find words here and there similar to or almost the same as those found in Western languages, and I like the rhythm with which the language is spoken . Maybe it's about being inside something exotic for me.

Congrats ThemisStantzos! I'm a native Hindi speaker and I think it must be pretty difficult to learn not only new words but a whole new script. Excellent work there. A lingot for you!
