Translation:This report is accompanied by a note that is written by the king.
"accompanied by" is already added as an alternative answer.
However, I think that "to accompany with" is not correct, so instead of only adding an alternative translation, I actually want to replace the current translation and reject "to accompany with".
My question is : Am I correct in thinking that "to accompany with" is not correct ?
What are your thoughts about this ?

I have used the translation "This report is accompanied by a note written by the king.", and it was rejected. I have made a report to be added.
