Sent in a bug report no ticket number or acknowledgement
I paid for an ad free teacher account but I still see ads.
So after a day or so I sent in a bug report. There was no acknowledgement, email, nothing. Was what I sent in received?

Teacher inquiries were responded to today, due to the Labor Day weekend. That being said, I did receive a report about this and responded to it earlier. It's being investigated.
