Sent in a bug report no ticket number or acknowledgement

    Hi,

    I paid for an ad free teacher account but I still see ads.

    So after a day or so I sent in a bug report. There was no acknowledgement, email, nothing. Was what I sent in received?

    You should receive an answer within a few days, when you submit a bug report via
    https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004087406-My-Duolingo-Plus-subscription-isn-t-working-
    and picking the "Type of Issue" as "Purchase issue"

    Hi Joe,

    Teacher inquiries were responded to today, due to the Labor Day weekend. That being said, I did receive a report about this and responded to it earlier. It's being investigated.
