I think this is a typo ... the capital letter implies a name and Duolingo has been using Andi. Report it.

Anda is a polite/formal alternative to "kamu" ("you"). I assume that's why grammatically it's always capitalised. But the English translation doesn't make grammatical sense anyway so...
