What is the difference between using ' dw i'n mynd i yfed cwrw yfory' and 'byddi i'n yfed cwrw yfory' ?
Hope the made up sentences are correct.
The first one is "I am going to drink beer tomorrow" while the second is "I will drink beer tomorrow" (and should be "Bydda i'n...")
I guess my problem in this case is that I don't quite know the difference in english, it would seem. Arn't they quite interchangeable?
Thank you for your helpful reply
Regardless if when you might use each pattern, the pattern with 'going to...' in English is translated using mynd i... in Welsh.
Would Gwna(f) i yfed cwrw yfory be correct, as well?
And would Gwna i yfed infer the speaker's own intention/will to perform the action in the future, as opposed to Bydda i'n yfed ("I will be drinking")?
I'm still having some problems in choosing between the future tense of bod and gwneud.
