Amici Italiani: Can "colonia" mean TOWN? I translated it as "community" b/c the hover hints say it is an option, but it was not accepted. In American English, "community" would be a much more likely translation, unless you're talking about insects (a "colony" of ants) or discussing history. Grazie.


Can I refer "piccola" as the age of the colony? If not, how can I say something like "It's not a young colony"? (refering to the time passes from the day it started)
