How different are these variations of the hindustani language?

Is the hindi news report or the urdu news report closer to colloqial language spoken, which I assume the bollywood film scene is in.

I know that in formal hindi they use lots of sanskritized words for example this document of the UDHR:

urdu version, which uses more perso-arab words:

Interestingly, the national anthem of pakistan has only one hindustani word, kā, all the other words are persian/arabic:
