Aku tidak bisa memasuki rumahnya

Aku tidak bisa masuk ke dalam rumahnya

I have a feeling we could also say "... rumahnya dia", no?

It will be redundant if you say that, because "nya" and "dia" refer to the same meaning. You can say "Aku tidak bisa memasuki rumahnya" alternatively

Thank you. So, it's not wrong but it's redundant. Is the same notion applies here: "Rumahnya saya ada di jalan raya"?
