I've reported it. The moderators seem to rely on the American idiom, and Americans seem to use 'did you' rather than 'have you', but both are correct.

Isn't this "did you report it to the police?" ? Call the police has a slightly different meaning.

Here 报警 is an idiom for "call the police", where the "report" is not a case report, but a report for emergency / event happening.
