I just thought it might interest you out there that there's this bare famous Brazilian children's comic book with a green elephant in it [for no apparent reason]; so famous the character went on to feature on the tins of one of the most popular local brands of tomato sauce [again, for no apparent reason]. Sorry to sound like teacher's pet (I enjoyed the comments) but the advantage of translating stuff that does not make sense is that you need a better understanding of the language, you can't guess from the context.
