"I have already waited for ten years" should be an acceptable answer.
Will the bus finally come?

What's the difference between "telah" and "sudah"?
I think sudah is 'already' ... I already waited 10 years. Telah is 'have' .... I have waited 10 years.
In this sentence, telah = sudah
Waited for what? Taco Bell? I would wait 10 years for that too
Would ....I had to wait ten years ...be correct
"I had to wait ten years" = "saya harus menunggu 10 tahun"
In indonesia, "telah" strongly suggest perfect tense
If it would be dua belas tahun it could refer to Sirius Black in Azkaban lol
saya telah menunggu selama sepuluh tahun - would this be correct?
Yes
I believe so. Also I think you could use 'untuk'.
The service at this restaurant is terrible!
Waiting for 10 years for?
