The hints for this sentence were utterly useless. I just don't see how I could've gotten this one correct without having seen it before or had it asked to be translated from German to English first. :c
Why doesn't the verb need to be in the second position?
Nachdem is a subordinating conjunction, and creates a dependent clause, in which the verb goes last.
Is it wrong if i add Es:
- Je nachdem, was es besser für mich ist
Yes, it's wrong.
Why is "Abhängig auf was ist besser für mich" wrong?
It's a literal translation which doesn't make any sense.
"Kommt darauf an was besser für mich ist"?
There is no "it" in the english translation so why put it in the german answer?
This was way too hard for me!
