The correct answer was given as "You'd not disappointed me." which is incorrect English.


One of the accepted translations is "You had not disappointed me." The correction that you got was Duo doing what it's supposed to be doing by automatically recognizing contractions. "You'd not disappointed me" is not incorrect, though I think it's more BrE than AmE, and it probably wouldn't be used much in the US.
