"Father brings grandmother to get treatment to the clinic."
Translation:Ayah membawa nenek berobat ke klinik.

Good question. I believe "me-kan" verb in this sentence can be interpreted as a causative action (i.e. grandmother was not so sick that she could go to the clinic herself. Father merely gave her an advice to go there). But in this original sentence, father is the one who brought her to the clinic. Therefore, I think "membawa" (or membawai to omit "ke") would be better.
