Father takes grandmother to the clinic for treatment sounds better imho

I have used the translation "Bapak membawa nenek berobat ke klinik.", and I have submitted a report to be added.

"Ayah membawa nenek berobat ke kliniknya" is it also acceptable if the clinic has been specified/mentioned before?
Why is membawakan wrong to use in this sentence?
He’s doing the action for the benefit of someone else
