"added" doesn't work in this context. "added to" would sound marginally better. Even closer would be something like "refilled", "replenished", or "topped up" but none are quite right. This is just another one of those sentences that doesn't work in the passive in English.

Passive voice tends to get weird in English sometimes. Maybe include a paraphrased meaning or an active voice alternative in parentheses? "My food is added to by Grandmother." (Grandmother gave me more food)

My point is there needs to be a contraction.
