Too small a font for Hindi characters
When I am working some of the other Asian languages and am looking at the characters, it seems that I can see them ok. However, when I am doing the Hindi, I can barely make out the different characters, and I have a 27" monitor! Seriously, they need to bump up the size of the font for the Hindi characters, or I am going to go blind way before I finish this tree? Anyone else notice this?
My font was perfectly fine and readable, it might just be your device.
I am thinking that if it was my device (I assume you mean my pc), it would be the same everywhere. Since this language is still in beta, it may be something they haven't addressed yet. To be clear, I am doing four other languages, and there is no problem with fonts with any of them, and three of the four are Asian with characters. Hindi is the only one that is displaying extremely small. By the way, is your font on a desktop, or smartphone? My understanding is that there is a difference, so that may be it.
On most browsers you can do Ctrl-+ to zoom the fontsize. I definitely do this for Hindi.
Thanks. I'll give that a try.
edit: I just tried that and it worked nicely. Brought the font size to a readable level. Thanks for the tip. Have another lingot.
This happened to me on my MacBook today, but I assume it was a glitch since the small font only showed up in one lesson; every other time I have worked with the characters, it has been fine. It may be an issue of web browser or something, too, or maybe not. There are also no issues with seeing the characters on my mobile device. So yes, I know what you are talking about, but it isn't a consistent problem on my devices.
