dari = from
ke = to
di = in/at/on

'ke' & 'dari' imply movement.
'di' implies location (static, no movement).

Saya belum di rumah = I am not yet at home.
Saya baru berangkat dari kantor = I just left from the office.
Saya sedang berjalan ke rumah Tini = I am walking to Tini's house.

Anda is formal "you" Aku/Kamu = Saya/Anda put through the politeness filter, i.e. to be used with folks you aren't close with (or with elders)
