Finished the Navajo tree!

Yá'át'ééh! I just want to announce that I finished the Navajo tree! In my opinion the tree was quite short, only 11 skills. It was somewhat confusing to complete it since there aren't any tips & notes to help you out, nevertheless I had fun in learning more about the Navajo language. :) Nizhónígo shį́į́ nee 'adoo'ááł!

Great !!! I didn't begin it yet. I am so obsessed by the German Tree right now.

Congratulations Sam! I have finished it as well! Now going back over it to actually LEARN those skills and remember them all. The first time I rushed a bit...

Congrats. It is very good to see an indigenous language on Duolingo. I really want to see Inuktitut on Duolingo soon. In Canada, Inuktitut is the language of the Inuit people, formerly called Eskimo people.

Inuktitut and Cree are 2 languages I hope to see on Duolingo in the near future.

It is always best to say "Nizhónígo shį́į́ nee 'adoo'ááł" to someone. If it is said without "shį́į́" it sounds like it is known fact that the day will go well for the person being spoken to; if it is not a good day, it can be seen as disrespectful. Also, this phrase is only used in speaking to one person.

    Just a tip! :)

How did you change the color of the word "Navajo"?

Wow, you finished the tree and you're only at level 5!

Well, the Navajo tree and the Hawaiian tree are the shortest trees yet (11 and 9 skills respectively)! Oh, and 28 and 27 lessons respectively! But to actually learn the languages, you may want to do some repetition... and work your way up the Crown levels too...

Great job! I have also finished the tree and am close to getting it all in gold
