What is the difference between kela kena and keia? Mainly between the last two. Is it just the distance? If so, which is closer?

Keia is for when the object is near the speaker and the listener, kena when it's just near the person being addressed, and kela when it's far from both. Kela is sometimes used in place of kena

Aloha, the Hawaiian keyboard in Android doesn't seem to work in this app. Bummer for accents. Any fix suggestions? Mahalo nui loa.

For Hawaiian keyboard, don't rely on stock kbds (Samsung, LG,...), use instead Google Gboard or MS SwiftKey as your default, then you can switch back & forth (between Hawaiian & English, etc) no problem in Android. I just fixed mine - so much better.
