Irish Broad and Slender Consonants Guide

For my fellow daltaí Gaeilge who have trouble with the difference between broad and slender consonants, I found this link to be extremely helpful in understanding it clearly: ( http://www.smo.uhi.ac.uk/gaeilge/donncha/focal/features/irishsp.html ). Just scroll to where it says "III. The Consonants".

It's not a bad guide but I would love to see a guide to how to pronounce slender "r". Here is a video where Ciara Ní É demonstrates its use, https://youtu.be/Aj45ma-qh2I, but does not give any advice on how to articulate it. An féidir le duine éigin cabhrú liom?
