Testing out vs completion

If I click on the Assignment and then the Student's name, I can see they tested out. However, if I go to Students then click on the Student's name, it looks like they did all 4 sections. How does that make sense? Which is it?

Have you heard anything else about this error? They seemed to have stopped responding about it.
