What does, "This question is wrong" supposed to mean? Another odd phrase, especially early.

A wrong question can be a question out of context or relying on wrong facts.

It's not odd, it's usual in philosophy or in sciences more generally.

This question is bad? Should this work as well?

I would say the normal formulation for this idea in English is :

    "This is the wrong question"

The phrase : "This question is wrong" I have ever heard in philosophy, science or any other kind of class...

I agree. I could also see something like "That's the wrong question to be asking". "The question is wrong", however, doesn't really make sense.
