Can anyone tell me how to translate the letter θ (theeta) into Latin characters? I thought that th, but the Duo program does not accept (eg o pithikos = the ape) The Latin alphabet of the other Greek letters is approved by the Duo, but I get stuck in this letter.

According to Wikipedia you can use either “th” or the number 8 to represent theta. So your example is correct. It could be because the course prefers using the non-transliterated alphabet.

Thanks. I found the quick code for theta: Alt + 952, and even the code for the other Greek letters! I was very happy, but wow, when I put the practice on Duo, I saw lines and lines instead of Greek letters. I'm not accounting with the program. Now I write in a blank documentum the exercises with the found Greek letters and copy it to the duo with Ctr C + Ctr V. It is difficult, but it does not allow the program to go further. Of course, this method is not the real thing.

Try to move this post to the GREEK SECTION, I think more learners will answer you there.
