For the moment in Duolingo some courses don't have a freely accessible dictionary as other languages already have (this function is called Words)
And indeed somehow I found that here is indeed a dictionary for these poor languages as this link shows (in this case High Valyrian), BUT it isn't easily browsable list/section of Duo site https://www.duolingo.com/dictionary/High%20Valyrian/raqirossa/6bceeba6a8136552fce6b1114639c399
I hope we could see this Words/dictionary function implemented/accessible for everyone (and possibly even listing just the words already taught)
For the moment the best I could find is a vocabulary of all words in the current course you are in. (Switch course to see a different vocabulary)
COURSE VOCABULARY: https://duome.eu/username/progress
*1 Replacing "username" with your duolingo nickname
*2 Scroll down and pick the "Words" tab

The first link you have given doesn't work.
Personally I work on a PC, which allows me to easily and quickly access to all the tools I need. Furthermore I type all the words on the keyboard, which is better to learn.
Strange. The first link works for me, both logged in and out. I can see it even from my pc.
Btw, I like to type words too, especially with languages with declesions/conjugations. But I still think this Words/dictionary is such a useful tool that it must be present for all languages.
