From what I found out on Reddit, Eid is the short form of (E)idul fitri, aka as "Hari Raya". I'm from Singapore and I've only heard "Hari Raya" all my life but maybe that's just because I'm Chinese
What is selamat lebaran? It was the choice given and marked as a correct answer
"Eid" is a shortened form of "Eid al-Fitr", the Muslim holiday which marks the end of fasting in Ramadan.

Indonesia is the largest muslim country in the world, yes and one should respect that. But they have the law of pancasila, freedom of religion. So from my point they should be respected as well. So teaching religious greetings in the beginning is wrong. A balinese Hindhu or christian Batak from Danau Toba won" t be happy to be greeted with a muslim greeting,!!!!
