Can't find Duolingo Plus in Shop

I sadly just lost my 90 day streak and I know via a friend that if I buy the Plus subscription I can still use the once-a-month streak repair. The problem is I don't see the banner everyone is talking about that advertises Duolingo Plus. I've checked both the website and the android app and see nothing in the Shop. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix things, but that did nothing. I've also been told a pop-up ad for Plus may appear due to losing my streak, but I have yet to see that as well. Is there any other way to buy the Plus subscription?

Any help would be fantastic! I'm desperate to get my streak back!

XD I had the same problem I think this is caused when you go to duolingo plus's website and go to pay you click to fill out one of the information boxes and accidentally leave the site. Once you click on one of the information slots to put in credit card info it thinks you already payed so the site is told not to display ads for this anymore. I will email duolingo if I can to try to help others not go through this torture XD. @garpike thank you very much much appreciated :D
