"ʻO wai kou tūtū kāne?"

Translation:Who is your grandpa?

November 14, 2018

"Who is you grandpa?" doesn't really use the wrong word. It's obviously a typo. I get in a hurry and forget to proofread.

While the actual sentences and translations are entered by humans, the grading is done by the software. Since it has a separate word "you" in the database, it assumes that you typed the wrong word rather than recognizing that it's only one letter off from the correct word and so might be a typo.

If it accepts grandmother why won't it accept grandfather?
