It's perfectly correct for ~nya to be translated as "your" as well as his, her, and their. It depends on the context.

Isn't it better to use "cocok" in this context instead of "sesuai"?

Could this also be.... the shoes do not match with the dress

It can't. Sepatunya = His/her shoes.

the question or answer is incorrect.

Sepatunya tidak sesuai dengan gaunnya. = her shoes do not match with her dress. Sepatunya tidak sesuai gaunnya. = her shoes do not match her dress.

I do not know any English dialect in which we would say, "Her shoes do not match with her dress." If she was wearing her shoes and her dress, we would say, "Her shoes do not match her dress." If she is in a shop, looking for shoes, she might say, "I am looking for shoes to match my dress."
