NOT ABLE TO SEE STUDENT ACCURATE PROGRESS

I'm assigning my students a skill weekly. They show me they have done it BUT on the website it says 'not started' or 'missed'. This is difficult because I cant check all their phones; I teach 11 classes. HELP please

This problem is encountered frequently ,don't need to worry ,suggest your students to do a weekly logout-login before the day of evaluation and ask them to check if their work is still there and you too do the same if you don't logout from your account usually ,this way it's been found to resolve the problem ,it occurs because of bad network most of the time .

The first thing to check is that the students are logged in with the same account that has been joined to your classroom.

I have my students do 100 xp weekly and since most started at 100, I have to just count their total overall xp. So right now they all need to be at 1200 since I have given this assignment 12 weeks ago. Some student started school with 1000. I told them to do it anyway. These students are now at 3000 and I have one at 5000.
If a student tells me that their xp is different, I have them check xp during class to verify or I have them send me a screenshot through an email.
