When do I use "ada" and "adalah"? Are there other forms of am/are? When are they used?

"ada" is "there is/there exists" "Adalah" is "the state of being", like "I am rich"

What is the difference between "dia" and "ia" ? Thank you.

"dia" is unformal. "ia" is more formal and it usually used to older person (parents, teacher, etc).
