I also don't get it.
Because of the postposition में, the first three words are in oblique case. In direct case, it would be का, but in oblique case, का changes to के.
It does actually accept: there is no pain in Julia's head. (as of writing 2020-03-04l

'There isn't pain in Julia's head' should be accepted (but isn't 2020-03-22).
One time DL insists that mein dart he should be rendered as 'There is pain in', the next time 'has an ... ache' is only accepted
