Help for Swahili (cont.)

Dear Duolingo,

Most of us (if not all) appreciate the work that has been done on all the languages. I personally use Duolingo for the Swahili course and am well on my way (hopefully) towards fluency. However, as noted countless times in the forum, the Swahili course seems to be all but forgotten by Duolingo. As a Duolingo Plus member (i was charged again recently lol) I consider myself a customer and to a degree the Swahili course feels like a faulty product. Many members of the Swahili course community have offered to pick up the slack to help but we get generic response. Many have applied and (it seems that) most people are not getting a response. We have been left in the dark forever

I am just another user in a long line of users asking for a response/update. Normally, we get generic responses like "apply to help!" or " coming soon!". Please give us some actual information. I see great things for this course and would like to recommend to other people. I love what has been done so far but when you compare to a course like Spanish you can't help but want more. Thanks again for reading!!

I really want to learn Swahili, but I gave up in frustration because of the awful course on Duolingo and the lack of good resources in general for learning Swahili.
I can't find a dictionary anywhere that contains the noun classes for Swahili nouns.
The only dictionary I found at my library didn't even say if they were nouns, verbs, or adjectives. (and the Ku- was not on any of the verbs so I couldn't tell that way).

I got this answer from the support the other day:

"Unfortunately, we can't really say when sound will be released. While it's true they listed an update about audio files, we can't say for certain when they will be accepted/released. I'm sorry I don't have a more concrete answer."
