A little trick for exercising and learning.
Hi guys, for the past 2 weeks I have been using a little method to reinforce my learning and to exercise at the same time. (I do a lot of pushups, pullups and light weightlifting in my spare time)
So basically it goes like this: I pick an exercise, today it was pushups, and then I go through all the golden trees, at the moment I think I have 9 of them. I start off with the number 5. At the end of the exercise for any wrong answers I add 1. Then at the end of the exercise I do that number of pushups.
For example, let's say I go through Masculine and make 4 mistakes, that equals 9 so I do 9 pushups. Than I move onto Feminine (for example) but I stay with with number 9. Let's say I make 3 mistakes; that's now 12 pushups I have to do at the end. Then when I move onto Neutral I start with the number 12 and let's say I make 5 mistakes that's now 17 pushups I have to do at the end and so on.
With this method you are really motivated not to make a mistake and if you do you end up doing a lot of exercise so either outcome is good really. I just thought I'd share it with you guys. Na shledanou!
