Will the word "loko" meaning "inside" be appearing in future lessons? Perhaps locational lessons?

Yes, "Ma loko o ka pahu" would be better. But before they teach loctives, they have to teach that the loctive is always followed by o.

Edit: someone informed me that it may not always be followed by o.

Wish they'd recognize "There a four forks in the box" as a typo. Would save a lot of time. On the other hand, they always let me get away with "ke" for "ka" and vice versa.
