Both "pesan" and "memesan" should be correct.
What is "memesan"? Memesan = prefix "me-" + base word "pesan".
For formal or written language,"to order" is translated into "memesan" (base word with prefix). However, in daily conversations (informal), we usually drop the prefix and use only the base word, which is "pesan".
(In general "me-" is often dropped in the colloquial style)
