I need a Duolingo Representative to answer me
With this offer, am I paying for 3 1 on 1 lessons, or Unlimited 1 on 1 lessons?
I have posted in the forums, on facebook and on twitter and have not received a response or found a help service that directly allows me to talk or email with someone from Duolingo.
Duolingo doesn't offer any service that lets you directly talk with a representative. You could try here https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and select "Purchase issue", but since that's not the way the report function should be used, there's no guarantee you'll get an answer.
The price of $8.00 sounds to me more like only three lessons.

This live feature is that brand new and A/B beta tested that even no Help / FAQ pages exist and I only have seen one comment from Mr. Luis van Ahn in a single Duolingo discussion thread so far (no, I have no idea how to search / find it again).
This sounds like a new feature. Are you using iOS or Android? To check what A/B tests you are in, you can check https://www.duolingo.com/users/Anna406385. The fact that this is in the Duolingo app means that they actually did, in fact, add this feature to the app, but it appears to be an A/B test.
