Duolingo profile

My Duolingo crashed and went back to the very beginning. I decided to start again, but it now requires me to create a profile. When I try to do this, it won’t allow me, as I already have the one when I first joined!!! Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like you are trying to create a new account! Try finding a login link (it may say “I already have an account”). If you are still having problems then let me know which device/OS and browser if you are using the browser and I will try to help further.
