I reached the level #25 of the Italian course... What's up now?
Congratulation! For me a Duolingo course is like learning to paddle well - and safe - in still waters. When you come to the end of it you could feel confident to face more difficult and challenging wildwater streams and creeks. Or, in other terms, Duolingo can be seen like being breastfed in a language; a certain time comes when you want to taste something more than just milk: spaghetti all'arrabbiata, salame di Felino, melanzane alla parmigiana, bolliti misti, bagna cauda, polenta concia, Barolo, Barbaresco, Montepulciano, Chianti, grappa, Amaro Lucano, baccalà alla vicentina, 'nduja, panini al lampredotto, ciccioli, sanguinacci... :-)
Continue to build your vocabulary, learn new words every day.
I noticed you are also at level 25 in French if you want to reinforce both your French and Italian you could take the French tree for Italian speakers or the Italian tree for French speakers. (I took the Italian tree for Spanish speakers a while back to reinforce my Spanish and Italian, it was very challenging but helped me with both languages)
