I haven't yet installed a Japanese keyboard, so I couldn't get past "green" : (
But even if i had installed one, I'm not entirely sure how a japanese keyboard would work if you only know the kanji for green... maybe I'm missing something, but I assumed you would need to know that green is "midori" (either in hiragana, or katakana, or latin script)... then when you type that in, it would bring up the kanji you need.(?) If I'm right, then perhaps you could add a card that says, "midori" before you ask for the kanji? Really sorry if I'm wrong about this, but your deck looks really useful, and i'd love to make use of it.! (maybe I just need someone to tell me how a Japanese keyboard works...)
EDIT: having read Davidbowen's comment, I now realise that there is sound!... I suppose I should try to use that...
The google chrome extension (Input tools) I use works that way, you type in the hiragana, press the space bar and then choose the format you want (Kanji included). To activate or deactivate it, I press a keys combination I chose.
Very nice. I have just started learning Japanese (only two weeks), so right now my brain is kinda melting, but I will definitively use them down the line. Keep up the good work!
Is there a way to put the kana in for the raw kanji at least once? I had to guess what the voice was saying / put it in google translate to get the reading. e.g: 表 (おもて).
