No, "Le vin chaud est bon" means that the wine has a good taste.

"Le vin chaud est bien", means... well it doesn't really mean anything because we usually don't use "bien" for food or beverages, but in some specific cases I suppose it could mean that the wine is fine overall (the bottle is pretty, the wine tastes good and has an nice colour, its temperature is good, etc...).

But again, be very careful with sentences using "bien" with food or beverages, we usually don't use "bien" referring to the gustatory aspect of an aliment or a drink.
