No direction is indicated for "hele" - why was "What time does the teacher come to school?" counted as wrong?

I think come/go are translated as hele mai/hele (aku) cf. hele mai a'i for come here and eat, though I'm not sure, someone please correct if I'm wrong.

Hele is go and komo is come/enter?

Hele ke kumu i ke kula i ka hola ʻehia? = What time does the teacher go to school?

(One possible answer) Hele ke kumu i ke kula i ka hapalua hola ʻehiku o ke kakahiaka. = The teacher goes to school at 7:30 am.
