Pelo, pela, por, para, na, no
I am still struggling with prepositions in Portuguese. Does somebody have an easy way to remember when to use all those?
For some reason, those seem to be the only ones I'm still making mistakes on all the time :/
I think there's no other way than to remember it's about the base forms and when to use these (por, para, em):
pelo = por+o, pela = por+a
no = em+o, na = em+a
I personally will never forget this sentence I heard in a brazilian news program: "A mulher lancou o cachorro pela janela".
