Biar: ex. Biar mereka makan.
You gave permission (biar) to them (mereka) to eat (makan).
Mari and ayo are similar, (mari is more polite word). Mari (and ayo) is asking someone else join you to do something.
Ex: Mari (ayo) kita makan.
You are asking (mari/ayo) your group (kita) to eat (makan) together.
