Difficulty accessing Duolingo App on iPhone

My Duolingo app on iPhone has started asking me to create a profile when I try to access a level. When I click "Later" it brings me back to the main screen and then when I click "Later" again, I go through the same cycle. If I click "Create Profile," it takes me through a series of questions and then when I get to entering my email address and enter it I am given an error message: "Email already taken." Well, yes, it's taken because I have used it for a few years now. How do I work around this so that I can use my iPhone for Duolingo practice? Thanks for your help!

Is there a log in button?

When I posted this I did not see a log in button. After a day or so when I went back, the log in button was there. I assume I just didn't see it the first few times. Thanks for the help. I'm up and running.
