Dictated answers are marked wrong when they are correct.

I have hand problems and thus prefer to dictate ALL my responses rather than typing them. Duo ALWAYS marks the first word dictated in Hebrew as incorrect, and sometimes rejects an entire, correct answer.

I've commented on this numerous times, and sent screen shots, but have never received a reply.

As an aside, the new version with the smaller font is hard to see; i am fortunate to have one old device with the older version that has a larger font.

Do you have a voice to script system? Or do you dictate single letters? Does the writing on the screen seem correct?

I use an iPad. I dictate sentences in Hebrew, English and Spanish. Only in the dictation of Hebrew sentences is the first word ALWAYS underlined as incorrect, amd sometimes an entire, correct sentence is marked as incorrect.

I agree about the font size. The font for all courses is smaller and hard to see since the update but for Hebrew especially it is miniscule. You are lucky you can still use the older version, I wish I could change mine back.

The way I stop this from happening is going to the front of the Hebrew word (the right side) and pressing backspace. It seems like dictation likes to put an extra space there sometimes which makes the answer incorrect. This has not worked 100% of the time.

This appears to work! How did you come upon this solution?

I noticed the blue underline showing it was misspelled. Dictation on its own can be buggy at times so I was just messing around and found a temporary solution. I hope they fix it soon because speaking helps me learn the language much more.
