New Year's Offer Blocking App
Happy New Year! I was trying to get into the app today but the screen was completely blocked by the New Year's Premium offer and completely non-responsive on mobile. Everytime I exit it just comes up.
Anyone else having this issue and any solutions to it?
Hi, this is the Spanish forum, for getting help with Spanish grammar, vocabulary, resources, etc. Could you please edit your original post and use the drop-down list at top left to change the topic from "Spanish" to "Troubleshooting"? That way it won't clutter up the Spanish forum, and the answers you get might help others who look in Troubleshooting for information on how Duolingo works.
Sorry about that! It's my first time posting. I'd be happy to change the forum but no Troubleshooting option exists on the dropdown you mentioned... What should I do?
It's called, "Troubleshooting in [___]" with the blank being your language. (I assume you are learning from English)
When I click on “No Thanks” at the bottom of the popup, the popup goes away. Is that not working for you?
