S-V-O is definitely what you'll hear the most, though V-S-O is also grammatically correct and very used by newspapers, books and rarely even in the everyday language, normally as a part of an expression

Modern Hebrew's neutral word order is SVO. Ancient Hebrew had VSO and that order can still be used to create an archaic effect.

Generally it's SVO but in certain contexts it may also be OSV and people may use VSO in formal writing.
